If you feel you can help please do let either the office staff or the class teacher know.
Communication with Parents
We communicate with parents in various ways:
Parents are also invited to various class and whole school assemblies to view and celebrate pupils' work.
The school also hosts a whole programme of school events to which parents and the wider community are invited.
Teachers are always happy to meet with parents to share any concerns or to discuss progress.
Governors also issue newsletters each year to review school development issues and plans.
Friends of Garsington School
All parents automatically belong to The Friends of Garsington School (FOGS). FOGS provides invaluable support to the school by organising many social and fundraising events, involving parents and the wider community. Money raised provides extra facilities and equipment for the pupils. The group hold regular meetings and the highlight of the year is the Easter Extravaganza which annually raises hundreds of pounds for the school.
