Weekly values
Our weekly values of enthusiasm will include looking at the meaning of enthusiasm and remembrance, feeling safe and happy, helpful behaviour, eagerness to learn more and being involved
Collective Worship
Week 1
We will start off the term by asking "What does it mean and why is it important to be enthusiastic?" Each class will be asked to think about things an enthusiastic pupil would say and contrast this to a passive pupil. We will link our discussion to the new displays in the hall especially the active listener pyramid.

Week 2
What does Remembrance mean? Who are we remembering and why? Together we will reflect on and appreciate the things we have in life. Discussion will link to British values and we will explore which ones the children appreciate and why.

Week 3
We will be discussing what we will be doing as part of our Anti Bullying week and reflecting on the importance of feeling safe and happy.

Week 4
We will be exploring how mood can affect other people and the importance of spreading a positive, enthusiastic self.

Vote for new Learning Detectives, take photos, discuss role. Discuss the Enthusiasm display in the corridor.
Week 2
Which of the British Values do you think is most important to you and why. Add quotes to the display.

Learn about peaceful problem solving and share strategies with the class.

Lunchtime challenge. Awarding Red Kite points linked to the class challenge.

Evaluate the class focus for learning challenge.

Find out which be involved strategies are used in class and which the class find the most helpful.
